Chief Executive Officer

Dean brings experience in business development and client management at executive and board levels. 

Previously, as founder of Navigant Consulting, a professional services firm, Dean advised government departments and national agencies on large-scale infrastructure projects. Dean began his consulting career at KPMG, a "Big 4" assurance and advisory firm, where he served blue-chip corporate clients. 

Dean holds an MBA in Strategic Financial Management and a BSc Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Natal.

Chief Marketing Officer 

Claude brings public relations and stakeholder engagement experience at the highest levels. 

Previously Claude was country manager for a national airline with overall responsibility for marketing, finance, and operations throughout the EMEA region. Claude is also the founder of successful cross-border finance and international commodity trading businesses. 

He began his career at the National Standardization Agency of the Democratic Republic of Congo and obtained his business qualifications from the Institut Supérieur de Commerce in Kinshasa.

Chief Operating Officer

Sebastian brings program management experience, having advised commercial leaders at Fortune 500s. 

Previously, he was program director for economic development with a United Nations public private partnership. Sebastian began his career at Anglo American, a global resources company. 

Sebastian holds a Master of International Business from Georgia State University, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, and BCom Honors (Finance) and BSc Electrical Engineering degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand.
